Crystal Lillard of Front Royal spent Saturday with her grandmother Mrs. Ethel Lillard. Other guests Saturday were Ada Grimsley and Millie James. Mrs. Lillard’s brother George Grimsley visited her Sunday evening.
The Flint Hill Extension Homemakers Club met August 11 at the home of Mrs. Janet Eastham. Those present were Margaret Dodson, Elsie Dodson, Russie Miller, Ethel Pullen, Alice Pullen and Mrs. Eastham’s mother Mrs. Elizabeth Hopkins. The club welcomed as new members Jenny Matthews and Mrs. Cummings.
