This time in open session, the Rappahannock School Board listened to Superintendent David Gangel’s reasons for cutting the formal physical education program for fourth through seventh graders to two days per week. Despite opposition from parents and teachers, the board supported the superintendent’s decision, approving the cut at its August meeting.
