In execution of a certain Deed of Trust dated May 10, 1985 from Ronald J. Chancellor, managing general partner of Stonewall Partnership to David L. Konick, and Stephen P Will, Trustees, recorded among the land records in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book 152 at page 58, default having been made in the payment of the obligations secured by said Deed of Trust, and the undersigned Trustees, having been requested and directed so to do by the holders of said obligation, will offer for sale AT PUBLIC AUCTION on the front steps of the Courthouse Building of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County at Washington, Virginia at 10:00 a m, on Friday, the 2nd day of October, 1987 all that tract or parcel of land, together with all buildings and appurtenances therewith connected, located, lying and being in Stonewall Magisterial District. Rappahannock County, Virginia and more particularly described as follows:
