Vada Fincham
Vada Pearl Fincham, 81, of Culpeper Baptist Retirement Community, died April 19 at the Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Fincham was a native of Madison County and a member of the Slate Mills Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter Rebecca Fincham Anderson of Manassas, a sister Liza Hicks of Hartwell, a brother Otho Scroggins of Lignum, eight grandchildren and 15 greatgrandchildren.
Her husband was the late Charles William Fincham and her parents were the late John and Lela Cubbage J enkins.
A graveside service was conducted April 22 in Hillcrest Memory Gardens, Jeffersonton, by the Rev. Harold Eaton.
Pallbearers were her grandsons.
William E. Pullen
The Rev. Merlin Shorb will conduct graveside services for William E. Pullen at the Wakefield Methodist Cemetery in Flint Hill at 2 p.m. Monday, May 2.
Otis Kilby
Otis Turman Kilby, 80, died April 21 at his home in Culpeper.
A native and lifelong resident of Culpeper, he was the owner of Otis' Service Station.
Survivors include his wife Margaret Brown Kilby of Culpeper, a sister Maude Louise Kilby of Washington, a nephew Henry Clay Kilby Jr. of Maryland, and a foster son and daughter-in-law Click and Maude Taylor of Culpeper.
His parents were the late John Thomas and Della Flor Hitt Kilby.
A graveside service was conducted April 23 in Fairview Cemetery by the Rev. Donald Seely.
