Annual run set
for May 14
Lord Fairfax Community College will hold its ninth annual 5Miler road race beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday, May 14, at the college.
Entry fee is $5 for pre-registration postmarked by May 7. All other registrations will be $7. T-shirts will be given to all officially entered participants and awards will go to the first male and female finishers in addition to age group winners. Surprise drawings for finishers are also planned.
Immediately after the last runners cross the finish line an “AboutA-Mile Fun Run” will be held. The Fun Run is free but completion of aff entry form will be required. e
Registration on the day of the race will be from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. with check-in not later than 8:30 a.m.
