The Rappahannock News and its editor, Lou Hatter, deserve cheers and commendations from all local citizens for their fine coverage of the recent kidnapping and rescue of Cheryl Hart and her son.
The stories written by Mr. Hatter provided an exciting and informative account of the entire episode, laying to rest the misinformation that appeared in other media and the rumors that had been sweeping the county.
