Last year, the Drug Enforcement Administration seized more than 40 tons of cocaine intended for sale in America. ' Go to any school. Ask any student if any fellow student “does drugs” and you’ll find the answer is “yes.” ■ Most in my generation have no recollection of illegal drug use in and around the schools of our youth. Today we have several generations who have no memory of a day when drug abuse was not a familiar problem.
