On August 27 Jon Spelman’s “Grease Heat: Tales from the American Landscape” will be presented at Washington’s Gay Street Theater at 8 p.m. This performance will be for mature audiences. Mr. Spelman is a professional talker and storyteller whose popular children’s program appears weekly on public television. Bailey reunion
The Bailey reunion will be held on Saturday, September 10 at Salem Fire Hall on Rt. 522. Everyone is asked to bring a lunch to share. Everyone welcome.
Trapezoid at Oasis Vineyard

Tai Chi Chuan for beginners
Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese exercise for health, moving meditation and internal martial art. A new beginners’ class will start Sept. 14 from 7-8 p.m. at the Child Care and Learning Center. Beahm-Bolen reunion planned
Descendants, friends and relatives are invited to the fifth annual George Washington and Nancy Bolen Beahm family reunion Sunday, Sept. 4, beginning at 10 a.m. at the Rappahannock Park on Route 211 near Washington.
