Gangel said he plans to develop it - with the committee’s assistance - in such a way that it will become an asset to Rappahannock County. “I want to stress that we do not plan to make up values which will then be taught. This curriculum will merely reflect and foster the good values and morals which are already a bulwark of the community.”
The superintendent added that he is available to speak to interested church and community groups about the family life curriculum requirements which were approved by-the General Assembly.
