GED testing

in Front Royal

The General Educational Development (GED Test) for those persons who were once enrolled in school but who did not complete graduation requirements, will be given on Sept. 10. Testing will begin at 8 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m. The test will be given in the Warren County Vocational Center.

The tests, administered and supervised by the Adult Education Service of the Department of Education, are designed to measure the educational development of individuals who left school before graduation.

The battery of five tests in English Composition, Social Studies, Natural Science, Literature and Mathematics are designed to measure the major skills that result from four-year high school curriculum.
