Annual Meeting Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. with the Business Session to follow at 1 p.m. Cooperative members will elect four directors to serve three-year terms on the REC Board. Frank D. Ashl v. REC President, and Cecil E. Vi rette, Jr., will review the Cooperative’s 1987 performance in their reports to the membership. All phases of the business will be open for discussion including the record return of $1,677,000 in patronage capital to REC members this year.
