Partlow. He was retired member of the U. S. Army Reserve and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. He was a member of the Culpeper United Methodist Church and was employed by the Virginia Department of Transportation.
Surviving are his wife, Lizzie “Kitty” S. Partlow; one daughter, Judy Elizabeth Donald, Culpeper;
one son, Russell P. Partlow Jr., Culpeper; four brothers, Reid Partlow and H. William Partlow, both of Culpeper, Jack D. Partlow, Front Royal and H. B. Partlow, Wilmington, Del.; one sister, Mrs. Sim Kilby, Culpeper; and three grandchildren.
The funeral was conducted Nov. 21 at the Culpeper United Methodist
Church by the Rev. P. Edward Leonard and the Rev. Marvin Cook. Burial was in Culpeper National Cemetery.
