Sugared Pecans Vi pound pecan halves 1 egg white Vi cup sugar Utensils: Mixing bowl, measuring cup, cookie sheet, oven mitts, hot plate, large mixing spoon. Preheat oven to 350 F. Place pecans in mixing bowl. Add egg white and toss with nuts until all muts are coated. Add sugar to howl and toss with nuts until sugar coats all nuts. Spread nuts out in single layer on cookie sheet. Put on oven mitts and place on cookie sheet into oven to bake for 15 minutes. Open oven door
