Eileen M. Day and Beverly Atkins recently returned home after a three-week visit in Australia. While there they toured the country and also attended the wedding of Eileen’s son, Steven to Georgiana Perrins.
Mr. and Mrs. Lee Swindler Jr. and Mike Swindler of Hanover, Pa., will be spending this week with Mrs. Lee Swindler and Mrs. Annabelle Swindler.
Sunday night dinner guests of Mrs. Lee Swindler and Mrs. Annabelle Swindler were Margaret Devers and Margaret Ann Wayland.
Lou Hatter and Linda Heeks traveled to Charlottesville for the wedding of Mr. Hatter’s brother Gary on Saturday. Mr. Hatter served as an usher in the ceremony, which was held at the University of Virginia chapel on the historic campus. They stayed in Charlottesville Saturday night and joined Mr. Hatter’s mother for breakfast Sunday morning before returning to Sperryville.
