The Constitution is under attack! There is a plan to call a Constitutional Convention, supposedly for the purpose of passing a Balanced Budget Amendment. But, there are groups organized that plan to control the convention and write a new constitution restructuring our form of government. The U. S. Constitution is the basis of our freedom and we must not let it be destroyed.
The Virginia House of Delegates passed House Joint Resolution 28 in the 1988 session. This Resolution withdraws Virginia’s call for the constitutional convention. The Virginia Senate Rules Committee carried the
