Russian Tea Cakes 1 cup unsalted butter Vi cup granulated sugar IVi cups flour Vs teaspoon salt 2 cups finely chopped walnuts 2 cups confectioners’ sugar Utensils: Measuring cups and spoons, mixing bowls, electric mixer, cookie sheets, oven mitts, cooling rack. Preheat oven to 325 F. Measure butter and sugar into mixing bowl. Cream two together with electric mixer.
