Mr. and Mrs. David Anderson and Sonya Lee of Sperryville are proud to announce the birth of their son and brother, David Christian bom on August 31 at Martha Jefferson Hospital, Fredericksburg. David weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long.
Maternal grandmother is Mrs. Claudia Jenkins of Woodville.
Paternal grandmother is Mrs. Gladys Anderson of Culpeper.

Norma Jean Shaw has been named as the assistant news director of WKMZ-FM and WEPM-AM radio stations in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
She is a 1981 graduate of Rappahannock County High School, and a 1986 honor graduate of Eastern New Mexico University. Ms. Shaw is the daughter of Mrs. Thurman Whorton of Flint Hill. She resides in Winchester with her husband Matthew.
