Virginia’s gubernatorial candidates. Republican J. Marshall Coleman and Democrat Lt. Gov. L. Douglas Wilder, have agreed to a a joint appearance at the Virginia Growth Management Forum on Saturday, September in Williamsburg. Expected to give their views on key growth issues, the candidates will give back-to-back presentations. The forum is the first statewide conference in the nation organized jointly by the public and private sector to address critical linkages between environmental protection and uncontrollable growth, according to Robert R. Evans, informations officer.
