In determining crop losses, all marketable production from the farm must be counted regardless of quality or price received. For example, many Virginia farmers had a near normal wheat yeild but the crop was of very low quality and had to be sold for feed. While there was an economic loss, there will be no disaster payment because the productiQn was too high to qualify for payment.
