We know it takes long hours and good listeners to be a good electric company. Potomac Edison customer service representatives are on the job from 8AM to ‘11PM weekdays and from 8 to 4 on Saturdays. Many problems can be solved and questions answered during those hours. Emergency services are, of course, on call 24 hours a day.
More important, even, than hours...are attitudes. Potomac Edison is ready for any and all of your input. We survey recent customers mid the community at large. We invite your phone calls and written comments to any local office.
