Mr. Miller was bom May 4, 1928 in Rappahannock County, Va., son of the late David D. Miller Sr. and Etta Newbill Miller. He was a retired fanner and real estate broker, having been associated with the George H. Rucke Co. He was a member of Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, Burke, Va.
Surviving are his wife, Lee Green Miller; one daughter, Peggy Lee Miller of Fairfax; two sons, David D. Miller III and Jackson Hunter Miller, both of Fairfax; and one brother, J. Newbill Miller of Washington, Va.
