Pursuit ends with
three-car crash A pursuit of a possible drunkeb driver which . began in Luray ended on U.S. 211 between Sperryville and Washington Sunday night when the driver lost control of his truck, hit an embankment and flipped over. Two police cruisers following the truck slammed on their brakes to avoid hitting the truck, and a Rappahannock County Sheriffs Department 1 cruiser driven by Sgt. Todd W. Brown rear-ended a Luray Police Department cruiser. According to Trooper S.M. Knick, who investigated the accident, the driver of the truck, a 17year-old juvenile, faces a charge of reckless driving. Trooper Knick said numerous additional charges in the Town of Luray, Page County and Rappahannock County are also pending.
