Wilder’s record as a lawyer which contains a reprimand for his inexcusable procrastination and neglect; his prejudice and damage to his client, and his actions constituted unprofessional conduct, (this reprimand was upheld by the Supreme Court of Virginina in 1978 ‘219 VA 175’) together with his record-making low conservative vote in the General Assembly, is an extremely poor recommendation for a man, if elected Governor, has the appointment of 4,000 to important boards in the state, and overseeing a $24 billion two-year budget. Apparently candidate Wilder’s influence over the General Assembly, controlled by the Democrats, if elected Governor, would permit him to do just as he wants to do. The voters of Virginia can prevent this from happening to our great state by electing Republican nominee Coleman for Governor in the November election.
