Reynolds is RLEP president
Frank Reynolds was elected as the ! new president of the Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection at the group's regular meeting on Nov. 1. Robert Dennis will serve as the association's vicepresident, Phil Irwin is its treasurer, and John Amberson was elected secretary. Mr. Reynolds, a Washington, Va. lawyer, is recognized as one of the region's top environmental attorneys. He succeeds Allen Olsen as the league's president. RLEP was organized in 1969 by county residents to promote conservation of natural and historic resources, to promote environmental education in the schools and among the public, and to preserve the distinctive rural character of Rappahannock County.
