Davis, Estelle Wiggington Lawson, Patsy Wiggington Yeager, Annie Wiggington, Joe Wiggington, Edward Wiggington, Vergil Wiggington, Milton F. Yeager, Sr., Link Yeager, Fred Yeager, Henrietta Yeager, Mattie Yeager. Louise Yeager Mankins, Eleanor Yeager, Blanche Yeager, Hugh Murphy Yeager Duncan, Beuluh Duncan Coleman, Phyllis Yeager Duncan Griffin, Anna Louise Yeager Thomas, Mack Mankins. McKinley Mankins, Robert Mankins, James Mankins, Freddie Mankins, Henrietta Mankins, Charlotte Mankins Alexander, Gladys Mankins, Gloria Mankins, Mary Putnam Yeager, Arnetta Yeager, Joseph Yeager, Bessie Yeager Duncan, Mary Yeager Phillips, Peanean Lucas, Cecelia Duncan, and John Henry Yeager, if they be living, and any of said unknown heirs, devisees or successors in title, if any such there be, and/or any other unknown parties having an interest in the lands Lewis Roebuck and Abraham Wiggington died seized and possessed of. whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, do appear on or before December 5, 1989 and do what is necessary to protect their interests herein.

It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, within ten (10) days after the entry of this Order of Publication, that the Clerk post an attested copy of this Order at the front door of the Court House and that the Clerk further prepare a certificate of said facts and file same in the papers of this cause.
