The county has run into problems getting final approval of its plans for the jail addition, County Administrator John McCarthy told the Board of Supervisors Monday.
In addition to the administrative headaches caused by the continuing paper shuffle, the snags are holding up the advertisement for bidders to construct the addition, he told the board.
