In September, USDA r orest Service Chi F. Dale Robertson said a new plan had to be drafted.
On Nov. 2, the Forest Service entered in the Federal Register its schedule and outline for completing the new plan. That schedule includes developing a draft environmental impact statement by March, 1991, and a final plan by October of that year.
