Clarence Scott

Clarence Dudley Scott, 84, of Castleton, died May 29 at Culpeper Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Scott was bom June 3, 1905 in Rappahannock, the son of the late George T. and Georgie Anna Smith Scott. He was a retired farmer and his wife was the late Bertie M. Scott.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Gail Doggett and Mrs. Joan Roberts, both of Culpeper; four sons, Eulis D. Scott, Marion G. Scott and C. Ray Scott, all of Culpeper and John K. Scott of Front Royal; one brother, Joseph A. Scott of Culpeper; three sisters, Mrs. Lucy Barnes of Rockville, Md., Mrs. Virgie Martin of Amissville and Mrs. Savilla Bailey of Culpeper; 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Scott was preceded in death by one son, D. Vernon Scott.
