Mr. Frank Huff met with two Russian school teachers who teach at R.M.A. in Front Royal at their home there on Sunday. They translated for Mr. Huff cards, letters and newspaper clippings sent to him by Russians about the end of war with the Russians on Elbe River on April 25, 1945. Mr. Huff was one of the first four Americans that made the official contact with the Russian Army on the Elbe River in Germany — when East met West in Torgau, Germany.
