For more than 50 years, June has been Dairy Month, set aside to recognize the contributions of America’s dairy farm families. By providing milk and milk products, they contribute both nutritionally and economically to America’s quality of life.
To mark dairy month, I would like to share information on the new RDA’s — and specifically on the RDA for calcium — in my newscolumn this week.
