tvery creature which has ever existed on earth has a conception, unique to its species. . . lives out a life span in its own environment. . . and then dies, at which point the physical remains begin an inevitable surrender to the elements. Eventually, decomposition is complete and nothing exists. . . with one miraculous exception. . . man. “And God created man in His own image." (Gen. 1:27) Someone attempted to preserve these seashells in a shining glass jar. Yet, even this protection is subject to destruction. But, God, in His infinite grace and wisdom endowed man with a unique, indestructible immortality. He gave us a soul. . created from His own spiritual image. Thus, though our body also returns to dust, man, s', having an immortal soul, is capable of experiencing eternal life. Enter God s House this week. Take your first step on the road to eternity.
