Specially scheduled guided hikes will leave from the Visitor Center each day at 10 a.m. and from Milam Gap, Mile 52.8, at 1 p.m. Participants are encouraged to wear proper foot-gear for a 3-4 mile hike.
The original stage production, “First Lady Lou,” is a one-actress, two act play, portraying hirst Lady Lou Henry Hoover at two different periods of her life. The play is sponsored by the Shenandoah Natural History Association in cooperation with the Hoover Presidential Library Association.
