Gertie Lee Jenkins
Mrs. Gertie Lee Jenkins, 87, of Sperryville, widow of Walter Cleveland Jenkins, died August 4, at the Fredericksburg Nursing Home.
A native of Rappahannock County, she was the daughter of the late George and Frances Sisk Leake.
She is survived by three sons, Earl C. Jenkins of Culpeper, Bernard L. Jenkins and Junior R. Jenkins, both of Sperryville; three daughters, Virginia J. Dodson of Orange, Helen Cave of Boston, and Nellie Marie Jenkins of Fredericksburg; 19 grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren and a number of great-greatgrandchildren; a brother, Carroll Leake of Fredericksburg; and two sisters, Louise Jones of King George and Edna Hall of Fredericksburg.
A funeral was held August 6, at Geest-Johnson Funeral Home in Culpeper with the Reverend Kenneth Huneycutt officiating and interment in the Sperryville Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Ronnie Jenkins, Larry Jenkins, Richard Jenkins, Bruce Cave, Doug Cave and Roger Cave.
Geest-Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Willis
Sandra Lee Rowzie Willis, 51, of Marshall, died July 17, at Fauquier Hospital, following a year-long illness.
Memorial services were held on July 21, at Marshall Baptist Church, with pastors Randy West, Bob Cornwell, Joe Anderson and Sam Jones officiating. Interment of the ashes was to be done privately.
Mrs. Willis was bom June 9, 1939, in Front Royal, and was the daughter of the late Ralph Hamilton Rowzie and Marion Richardson Rowzie of Amissville.
She attended Amissville Elementary School and graduated from Rappahannock County High School
