ALcohol and excessive speed are suspected as the cause of an accident on U.S. 211 in Culpeper County Sunday afternoon which claimed the lives of two children, according to Virginia State Police spokeswoman Lucy Caldwell.
Ms. Caldwell said that charges are pending against the driver, Melodi A. Goldston, 26, of Manassas.
