Since the Sperryville Sewer Plant opened in 1985, it has had only one operator, Tim Falls.
He must run certain tests at the plant every day, seven days a week. Now Mr. Falls is having back problems which may require surgery, and he asked Water and Sewer Authority members how much vacation and sick leave time he is be entitled to after nearly five years.
