Sandy Yow from N.C. Pastor Everett invites everyone to attend. Nursery provided.

Mrs. Elsie Dodson has returned home from Fauquier Hospital following an eight-day stay. She expresses appreciation to the AmissviUe Volunteer Rescue Co. for their assistance when she was found unconscious on her kitchen floor suffering from a reaction to medication.

Since returning home Mrs. Dodson joined Mr. and Mrs. Kyle Dodson of Bowie, Md. in a visit with Mrs. Dodson’s sister, Mrs. Laura Ruth Brown and her son Junior Brown of Culpeper. Also visiting with Mrs. Brown were her son Larry Brown and his family who recently moved to Colonial Heights following retirement from the armed forces. It was a great reunion. Kyle had not seen Larry for 20 years. Also visiting were Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Parks and daughter Kristie from Leesburg.

Glenda and Randy Gum and daughter Kady visited with Glenda’s parents Betty and Denzil Canfield in Catawba, North Carolina over the weekend of July 28. While visiting with her parents, they also enjoyed a visit with Glenda’s Aunt Patsy and Uncle Cal Fisher.

Our thoughts and prayers are with John Early and also with Emma Swatman.

Happy birthday to William Cropp II on Aug. 9 and Alena Pearson will be six on Aug. 14.
