presided at the regular meeting of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors held Friday at the Courthouse in Washington, in the absence of Chairman J. Newbill Miller. First on the agenda was a review of the secondary road budget by Resident Engineer James K. Skeens who reported an annual allotment of $317,000 plus. Of this, $175,000 will go toward improvements and the remainder, $142,000 toward maintenance. This is an increase of 5 percent over the previous year, however, this hardly takes care of inflationary costs.
