A graveside service was conducted Aug. 18 at the Panorama Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Danny Clegg.
Funeral arrangements were handled by the Tumer-Robertshaw Funeral Home.
James P. Mills
James Preston Mills, 79, of Castleton died Aug. 18 at Univeristy of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville.
A native of Rappahannock County, he was the son of the late Bushrod and Lessie Doffermeyer Mills.
A retired employee of Arlington County Schools, Mr. Mills owned and operated a general mercantile business for 35 years. He was a member of Forest Grove Baptist Church in Viewtown.
He is survived by his wife, Edna Cloud Mills; three sons, James Mills, Donald (Bubba) Mills and Jerry Lee Mills, all of Castleton; five grandchildren and a brother, Moffett Mills of Warrenton.
A funeral was held Aug. 20 at Geest-Johnson Funeral Home in Culpeper with the Rev. Sidney Rodriguez and the Rev. A.C. Walker officiating. Interment was in Forest Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Raymond Hitt, E. Arley Estes, Jerry Bragg, Alpheus Cannon, John Dove and Joe Peregory.
Annie W. Fultz
Annie Wince Fultz, 80, of Winchester died Aug. 17 in the Winchester Medical Center.
Mrs. Fultz was bom April 6, 1910 in Rappahannock County, the daughter of the late Lyle and Molly Foster. She was of the Methodist faith.
She was married to John Fultz. Mr. Fultz died in 1981.
Surviving are four daughters and two sons by her marriage to the late
