All of the recent smoke at Rappahannock Electric Cooperative indicates a tremendous blaze could be ready to erupt — and nobody cares. Could we have our own version of the savings and loan scandal right here at R.E.C.? Take a look at the facts and decide for yourself.

William Frazier, a R.E.C. board member, blatantly ignores the co-op policies he helped develop by not paying one penny on his personal electrical bill for five months. Yet his electricity was not disconnected nor has he been required to put up a security deposit as called for by R.E.C. policy and rate provisions of the State Corporation Commission.
