At a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Rappahannock Association for the Ails and Community on Aug. 9 at the courthouse, the recently reconstituted board elected new officers for 1990-91.
Charles Tompkins of Washington was elected president, Frank Reynolds, vice-president, Mike Mahoney, fiscal vice-president, Sara Shorter, treasurer, and Beverly Atkins, secretary.
New members of the board are Carlton Coon, Robert Scott, Dinah and Vincent Day, David Smith, Page Smith, Dorothy Mank, Beverly Atkins and Sara Shorter.
