Garden saute 1/4 pound cooked ham, cut into strips 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 large green pepper, chopped 2 to 3 green onions, cut into 1/2inch pieces 1 clove garlic, minced 2 large tomatoes, chopped 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced 1 yellow squash, thinly sliced. 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese Saute ham in hot oil in a large skillet. Remove ham, and set aside. Add green pepper, green onions, and garlic to skillet; saute about 3 minutes over low heat. Add tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash; and salt. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are crisp-tender (about 3 minutes). Add ham, and cook and additional 2 minutes. Spoon into serving dish; sprinkle with cheese. Yield: 2 to 3 servings.
