Confirmation has been received that State Senator Kevin Miller and Delegate Raymond R. “Andy” Guest have accepted an invitation to appear at the Amissville Firemen’s Festival and Craft Show to be held Sept. 29 and 30. They plan to attend festivities on Saturday. All elected representatives from local supervisors to Gov. Wilder have been invited to participate.
The Amissville Ruritan club continues to receive excellent donations for the auction set for Sept. 8 at 5 p.m. at Stuart Field. Wood stoves have been donated in the event you need one for winter.
