ADVANCED REFRESHER PSYCHIATRIC
NURSING COURSE FOR R.N.’S
This course is designed for the R.N who: 1. Has previous psychiatric nursing experience of 1-2 years within the last 5
years and wishes to re-enter the work force. 2. Has current psychiatric experience and wishes to update and keep
abreast of changes in the field. The class will be limited to 30. The cost will be $25 which includes materials. This class will also have an optional clinical component. Checks must be submitted by September 3. The potential candidate for employment, must be hired by Springwood within 3 months of completion of the course, must complete orientation, and work 12 shifts post orientation to be eligible for full reimbursement of the course. The course will have 4 limited seats available to those individuals who do not wish to work for us. The dates of the course will be: Sept. 13,1990 (3 hours) 6p.m. to 9p.m. Sept 20,1990 (3 hours) 6p.m. to 9p.m. Sept 27,1990 (3 hours) 6p.m. to 9p.m. Oct. 4,1990 (3 hours) 6p.m. to 9p.m. Oct. 11,1990 (3 hours) 6p.m. to 9p.m. Dinner will be provided for each session.
