CONDITIONAL REZONING # 92-05-01 Application by Mr E. L. Rieley, contract purchaser of Tax Map 32, Parcels 89 & 90. the old Jenkins Garage/More Gas Station, in Amissville, to conditionally rezone the property from ”RR" Rural Residential to “VCVillage Commercial, to use the existing facility as a United States Postal Service office. Rezoning PROFFER that Zoning conditional upon use as U. S. Postal Service facility. Use allowed under Section 12.2 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance.
