The educational process is a partnership between the teacher, the parent, and the child.
Make an effort to personally acknowledge your education partner. Our children, and ourselves owe a great deal of appreciation to our , teachers.
To the Editor:
The Virginia Department of Historic Resources keeps saying over and over that the state landmark designation is only honorific. If this is the case, then why is Senate Bill 514 causing so much hysteria among the preservationists? If a property owner does not want a plaque placed upon his property, so what? The Department of Historic Resources can still keep this property on its invenble.
