Mci ann Margaret uotuieo received a big round of applause that supported Mr. Tompkins assertion that they have contributed in so many ways that it would be impossible to number or remember them all.
Ann and Jack Stephens also were honored. Ann served as RAAC’s executive secretary at one time and Mr. Reynolds admitted that her Gold Card kept the organization afloat on more than one occasion.
A special “glutton for punishment” award was presented to Bev Atkins and Jo Ellen McNeil. Both have done a truly amazing amount of work, Mr. Tompkins said.
Mike Mahoney and Peter Kreyling were honored for their behind the scenes work. Mr. Kreyling is known throughout the RAAC as willing to do “anything but a meeting."
Marie Davis also earned greatful thunks and applause from those gathered at the party when Mr. Reynolds called her name. “Marie doesn’t say very much, but she has always done all that was ever asked of her,” Mr. Tompkins added.
Sallie Morgan received an award for “keeping us on track,” and Pat Fillebrown “for all she has done,” Mr. Reynolds said.
