On Thursday, Dec. 17, the Rappahannock County Elementary School Band and Chorus will perform at 7:30 p.m. in the R.C.E.S. Gymtorium. The R.C.E.S. Band and Chorus will perform a delightful Winter Program following the annual seventh grade spaghetti dinner.
