Local school authorities have
just received a report from V.P.I. to the effect that a 1961 Rappahannock graduate of the Blacksburg institution ranked among the first 10 percent of the graduating class and the remaining Rappahannock High School students now at V.P.I. are among the second 10 percent in their classes. This is an outstanding record of achievement and one in which the whole county can take pride. The 1961 graduate was Robert Kennedy, Slate Mills, Va. The students now in attendance at V.P.I. are Marvin Bradford, Flint Hill,
