Radford College Highlander Band Dec. 31 in the annual Orange Bowl parade in Miami, Fla. The 97-member band, dressed in authentic Scottish Highlander military garb, will appear in the NBC televised portion of the parade, starting at 8:16 p.m. Miss Harms is a flutist in the band, which will also perform Jan. 14 in Governor Dalton’s inaugural parade in Richmond. She is a freshman theatre major at Radford college.
