KEYSER. JOHN B. GORE. JAMES H. SMEDLEY, or their widows, widowers, heirs, devisees and successors in title, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of "PARTIES UNKNOWN," and any other unknown heirs, devisees and successors in title, if any such there be. and any unknown parties having an interest in the lands consisting of 92.9746 ACRES, more particularly described by the pleadings heretofore filed in this cause, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made PARTIES DEFENDANT by the general description of "PARTIES UNKNOWN."

The object of this suit is to effect partition of and to quiet title to and establish title in the descendants of James H. Smedley to a certain 92.9746 acre tract of land in Hampton Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, which was conveyed to James H. Smedley by deed of George B. Gore, et al, dated January 23, 1947, and recorded in Deed Book 48, at page 467; to establish the location of access to Harris Hollow Road over the Browntown-Gravelly Springs Road, if necessary; and tp seek such other and further relief as this case in equity may require.

An affidavit having been made and signed that Thomas E. Smedley and Tammy Smedley Somers are non-residents of the State of Virginia, and that their last known post office addresses are as indicated above, that there may be unknown heirs of E.L. Gore. Elisha Gore. George B. Gore, Edgar W Gore, John A. Keyser, J.M. Partlow, Richard Partlow, Lula W. Keyser, John B. Gore, James H. Smedley. or their widows, widowers, heirs, devisees and successors in title, whose names and post office addresses are unknown and that there are or may be other persons whose names and addresses are unknown and who may have an interest in the (ands that are the subject of this proceeding, all of whom are made parties defendant by the general description of ' PARTIES UNKNOWN," it i is hereby, ORDERED that each of said parties appear on or before April 16, 1993, and do whatever is necessary to protect their interest in said land.

It is furthered ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia.
